For clients travelling to view a property from our portfolio, we arrange a private apartment in the Poreč area at a preferential rate of €80–100 per night, for up to 3 nights.
Upon purchase, the full amount of your stay is deducted from the agency commission — effectively your accommodation costs nothing. You take on the travel risk, we take on the stay risk.

What if I don’t end up buying a property?
You only pay for the accommodation at the discounted rate (€80–100 per night). There are no additional obligations or agency fees.
What kind of accommodation is provided?
A private, verified apartment in the Poreč area — comfortable and with parking included.
How does the accommodation deduction from the commission work?
If you buy a property through us, the full accommodation cost (for example, €300 for 3 nights) will be deducted from the agency fee when the purchase is completed.
Who covers the travel costs?
You cover your travel expenses (flight, fuel, parking). We cover the accommodation costs.
Can I come with my family or partner?
The apartment is intended for up to 2 guests. If there are more of you, get in touch and we’ll see what we can arrange.
